Brickearth dug from fields overlooking the Medway Estuary, is still used to make Funton’s famous range of yellow London stock bricks. Once shipped into the city on barges, they are still fired in the traditional kilns to give the unique colour seen in London's Georgian streetscape.
Weathered bricks are also produced to complement existing brickwork on refurbishment projects, especially on original London townhouses built in the late 18th century.
