For over 25 years, Ibstock has been at the forefront of providing design advice for brickwork detailing and special shapes via its Design Advisory Service.
As well as providing on-line technical information on all its products and services, the Company has Design Advisors and a Technical Support Unit.
Design Advisors
A nationwide team of design advisors are based within the sales divisions where they provide easy access to customers who require expert one-to-one advice.
The Design Advisors role is to provide answers to queries relating to building and designing with brick including help with the detailing of brickwork and special shapes, they also run a full programme of CPD seminars, which can be run at Ibstock offices or at customers’ premises.
The design advisors have the full back up of a CAD department that uses the latest in CAD software.
