Hopefully you will be reading this as you look ahead to a relaxing summer after the non-stop mania of final degree shows, crits and final projects.
June was a similarly hectic month at the RIBA - our Education team has been busy visiting degree shows and architectural events across the country, as well as preparing for a full calendar of education awards. That's right. It's President's Medals time, and we are already preparing for the hundreds of submissions that will reach us over the summer. This year you can also have your say on your teachers by nominating an academic who has been most influential to your career in the prestigious Annie Spink Award.
We aim to make this a one-stop-shop for the ever-busy architecture student, and look forward to developing the format and contents further in coming months. We welcome your comments and suggestions. Please email feedback to ribastudent@inst.riba.org. |
